Since our opening in 1981, we have continued to serve the changing residential and commercial real estate needs of the River Valley area. In addition to real estate services, we also offer complete relocation and rental services.

Collectively, our real estate sales staff has more than 100 years of real estate knowledge and experience. With the installation of the Multiple Listing Service, our sales staff can show all homes available in the entire area. This advanced computer system provides the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding real estate in the River Valley. Cliff Goodin and Associates, REALTORS^Ž currently employs nine full-time agents, an office manager, a property manager and a part-time office assistant. Three of our sales agents are Certified Residential Specialists and five have the GRI designation.

The Property Management division at Cliff Goodin and Associates, REALTORS^Ž specializes in both residential and commercial rental properties. We are able to provide individuals with 6 month to 1 year leases on apartments, duplexes, houses and/or office space.
